Hi, I am a registered clinical counsellor based in Vancouver, offering in-person sessions to individuals and couples living on the lower mainland and virtual sessions across BC.
I am committed to providing inclusive and affirming care to individuals and couples across all genders and aim to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their identities, relationships, and personal journeys without fear of judgment or discrimination.
About Me
My interest in mental health started during my studies of environmental science and climate as I became more aware of the emotional toll that environmental challenges have on individuals and communities. With a background in outdoor leadership, wilderness guiding, and environmental science, I bring a unique perspective to therapy that integrates the healing power of nature with trauma-informed techniques.
As a therapist, I show up as myself. I push against the idea that a therapist should be a “blank slate”. I am open to voicing my thoughts and opinions when they are relevant and helpful. I view therapy as a collaborative process and work to foster an environment where feedback and transparency can take place.
My aim is to empower you to navigate your emotions and make informed decisions that align with your values. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards greater self-awareness and fulfillment. Whether you're facing challenges in your relationships, struggling with anxiety or depression, or seeking personal growth and transformation, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for exploration and healing.
My Approach
My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and strengths-based.
Together, we will work to uncover your story, identify areas for growth, and develop practical strategies to help you navigate life's challenges.
